2: That moment when the now-fired employee realizes that they are glad their racist boss decided they weren’t a good match because now the employee is motivated to use their YOUNG BLOOD for BIG THINGS.

One of our #browntourage lovers and her fellow employees of color got fired from Nashville Fashion Week shortly after their arrival. In the wake of the aftershock, they are now out to start a collective for young creatives with alternative approaches to art and fashion in Nashville.
